Nothing is too much trouble for Karen, who tailors the care to fit the needs of the patient and their family. In our case, there were four visits a day with morning and evening care, a lunch visit, and a quick check-in at tea time. Help At Home Care visits me twice daily to assist with my morning routine and prepare me for bed in the evening. I have been using Help at Home Care for the last few months, and I wanted to share my customer feedback. Initially, I felt very anxious and lacked confidence. However, Help at Home Care provided a lovely lady to be my companion twice a week, and we get along famously. We both hail from the same part of the country before moving to Suffolk, which gives us a lot in common. Thanks to this home care support, I now have more confidence and my anxiety has diminished. We enjoy outings in her car twice a week, going for lunch and coffee, and sometimes we simply drive around to explore different places or go shopping. I can honestly say that this service has been the best thing to happen to me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, as reflected in many positive reviews.
