Karen has been taking care of our mum, she visits her twice a day, morning and evening.  My mum is very happy and feels very safe especially in the evenings when Karen does her dinner and also settles her for the evening and ensures everywhere is locked up and everything made safe this gives my mum and her family peace of mind.
She helps mum to get dressed and undressed and assists her with her washing etc. she also monitors her medication. Karen also contacts us if she has any concerns about mum and if she requires anything to help with the care. As a family we are very happy with care our mum is given from Help@homecare

Karen has been and is the most amazing home care for my mum. Daily visits to help wash, dress and general assist has made all the difference to not just mum, but taken the stress away from Dad too. Life wouldn’t be the same without her !

Karen and her team have provided care for my mother and her husband for the last 15 months. I would highly recommend Karen and her team as they have provided a professional, flexible and first rate care service. Privacy and safety is respected at all times and very reliable with punctual care and cover if any cater is off sick or on holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and Karen will provide the care which fits in with the patient and their family. In our case there were four visits a day with morning and evening care visits and one for lunch and a quick visit at tea time. We were very lucky to have found her and her team to help with our families needs. Karen even went clothes shopping with mum and literally nothing is too much trouble for Karen.

Help At Home Care visit me 2 x daily to help me get ready for the day and help me get ready for bed in the evening. I am very happy with the ladies who come and help me. They put me at ease and are very helpful. I have a very good relationship with them. They respect my privacy and dignity at all times. They even cheer me up and leave me with a smile on my face. Nothing is too much trouble for them lovely people.

I have used Help at Home Care for the last few months. At the beginning I was very anxious and didn’t feel very confident. Help at Home Care sent a lovely lady to be my companion twice a week. We get on like a house on fire. We are both from the same part of the country before moving to Suffolk so we have a lot in common. I now have more confidence and I’m not as anxious. We now go out twice a week in the lovely lady's car and go for lunch and a coffee. Sometimes I just like her to drive us around different places sometimes we go shopping. I can honestly say they are the best thing to happen to me and would very highly recommend them to anyone .
